John McDonagh and Al Gonzales present "From the BQE to QED," every second Thursday of the month. New York storytellers will tell stories about New York in the home of New York storytelling - QED in Astoria, Queens
On October 10th, Madden McDonagh will host the showcase variety night featuring NYC storytellers, musicians and an improv group.
Though nepotism influenced the interim hosting gig, Madden also performs at storytelling showcases across the city and has been featured on The Moth podcast.
