Tracey Starin is a writer and storyteller from Queens. She has told stories on live and virtual stages in NYC, Chicago, Boston, San Diego, Toronto and beyond. She has appeared on Story Collider, RISK! Podcast, and The Volume Knob podcast.
Athena Efter is a longtime resident of Astoria and enjoys creative expression in all of its forms. She serves on the board of the Greek Cultural Center, a local theater performance venue and cultural center. She was also the producer of the award-winning indie feature film “Astoria”, which was released theatrically in 2000.
Brendan Fay - film maker and activist. From Drogheda in Ireland. He is founder of the Irish LGBTQ group Lavender and Green Alliance (1994) and began St. Pat's for All in 1999 With Jesús Lebrón in 2003 Brendan founded The Civil Marriage Trail Project, bringing couples across border for legal marriage including Edie Windsor and Thea Spyer whose US Supreme Court case (2013) led to the overturning of DOMA.
Brendan Fay will be joining John McDonagh and Al Gonzales for a play that they are working on for the 1st Irish Origin Festival in April.
